Shara sings duet with Stateless

 

After meeting on a tv show in Manchester, England, Stateless frontman, Chris James decided to write a duet for Shara.  This he did, then hopped on a plane to New York where the two recorded the song “I’m On Fire” and filmed the video, directed by Anne Paas, in a ship graveyard.  Yes, there were crabs, spiders and bloodsucking critters, and Shara lost a pair of Wellies, but it was worth it.

 

Shara said, “Singing with Stateless’ Chris James was a truly effortless musical experience.  Rarely do two singers share so much in feeling and phrasing. “
